A Local Connection for the Military Officer Community
The MOAA Central Florida Chapter brings together eligible military officers from all branches of service, including active duty, National Guard, Reserve, retired, and former officers. Surviving spouses and families also play an important role in the MOAA community. If you are unsure which membership category applies to you, share your circumstances when you inquire about joining.
Chapter membership adds a local dimension to MOAA’s national advocacy, resources, and support. While national MOAA represents military officers’ interests across the country, the Central Florida Chapter creates opportunities to connect with neighbors who share a commitment to service. Joining the chapter helps you take part in that local community; national MOAA membership and chapter membership are distinct, so review each organization’s enrollment and dues requirements separately.

Who is eligible to join the chapter?

How much are chapter dues?

How do I renew my chapter membership?

Can I change my contact information without joining again?
Yes. Use the membership form to submit your updated information and indicate that you are making a change rather than a new application.
Is chapter membership the same as national MOAA membership?
No. The Central Florida Chapter and national MOAA serve related but distinct roles. Ask the chapter which memberships and dues apply to your situation.
