Caribbean Veterans Association Launch

Caribbean Veterans Association Launch and Ribbon Cutting
Dec 12th from 5pm to 8pm
at 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL

As a proud combat-decorated veteran, retiree, Florida Veteran Hall of Fame Inductee, and the immediate past Chair of the Orange County Mayor’s Veterans Advisory Council, I have dedicated my career to serving military members, veterans, and their families in Central Florida. Building on this commitment, I am proud to share that on September 30, 2024, I founded the Caribbean Veterans Association to further strengthen support and advocacy for our veteran community.

The Caribbean Veterans Association (CVA) was founded to honor and unite individuals of Caribbean birth or heritage who have served in the diverse branches of the United States Armed Forces. Rooted in pride, service, and shared cultural legacy, CVA is a space for connection, advocacy, and celebration of the contributions Caribbean veterans have made to both their homelands and the United States. This launch marks the beginning of a powerful journey to amplify voices, build community, and preserve history.

It is with great honor that I invite you to join us for the official launch, charter signing, and ribbon cutting ceremony of the Caribbean Veterans Association: Date: Friday, December 12, 2025 Time: 5:00 – 7 PM Location: 12809 Science Drive Orlando, FL 32826 Keynote Speaker: Brigadier General Stephen Michael, US Army (Retired)

Together, we can continue to build a stronger network of care and opportunities for those who have served. Thank you in advance for considering this invitation. I look forward to the possibility of welcoming you at this historic occasion.

Respectfully,
